Usage Instructions

1. Activate Windows

If you're using a VL version of Windows, run the following two commands in CMD or PowerShell with administrator privileges. After the first command, wait for the prompt — internet access is required.

slmgr /skms kms.illi.io
slmgr /ato

If not a VL version, you need to install the correct GVLK key first:

Run the following command to check your system version:

wmic os get caption

Find the correct key in the Windows Key table below and install it with admin privileges:

slmgr /ipk W269N-WFGWX-YVC9B-4J6C9-T83GX
slmgr /skms kms.illi.io
slmgr /ato

2. Activate Office

You must install the VOL (Volume License) version of Office. Otherwise, KMS activation will not work. You can download from msdn.itellyou.cn.

Take Office 2016 as an example: Go to the Office installation directory using CMD or PowerShell as admin:

cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16"
cd "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16"

Run the following commands (internet access required):

cscript ospp.vbs /sethst:kms.illi.io
cscript ospp.vbs /act
